For the information and guidance of the field, this Office has received the allocation for Uniform and Clothing Allowance (U/CA) for Calendar Year 2016 in the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (Php 5,000.00) per employee.
In this regard, all concerned are advised to submit the necessary payrolls for processing and payment of the above-mentioned benefit. Please attach the following documents:
- Form 7 Report for March, 2016
- First Day of Service – duly certified by the school principal (please indicate the names of employees currently on leave)
Attached is a copy of DBM Budget Circular No. 2012-1 dated February 23, 2012 on the Rules and Regulations on the Grant of Uniform/Clothing Allowance (U!CA) to Civilian Government Personnel, for reference.
